<ul><li>Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.</li></ul><ul><li>Verify contract terms, scope coverage, and inclusions/exclusions to ensure compliance.</li></ul><ul> <li>Double-check material quantities and scope coverage against project requirements.</li> <li>Use Bluebeam to review drawings, markups, and perform takeoffs as required.</li> <li>Identify discrepancies or gaps in contractor submissions and recommend solutions.</li> <li>Review and compare contractor quotes and scopes to ensure accurate evaluation.</li> <li>Prepare recommendations for contractor selection based on price, scope, and compliance.</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date records of contractor pricing and project-related documentation.</li> <li>Maintain thorough and accurate project records, including contracts, approvals, and correspondence.</li> <li>Provide progress updates and reporting to the Construction Manager on contract status and variations.</li> <li>Assist in preparing variations, progress claims, and compliance reports as required.</li> <li>Liaise closely with the Construction Manager, Estimating team, and project stakeholders.</li> <li>Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve queries or discrepancies.</li> <li>Other role specific duties as they arise.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).</li> <li>3–5 years of experience in contract administration or project support within the construction industry.</li> <li>Must have proficiency in Bluebeam for drawing review, takeoffs, and documentation.
