<p><strong>Job Description - This position is 100% Remote - Malta or Spain</strong></p>
<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Establish yourself as an expert and communicator of Swish’s products and services</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage day-to-day inbound client inquiries over Slack, email and video conferencing</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify customer pain points and proactively reach out with solutions for clients</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicate relevant inquiries and tasks with Swish Trading, Product, Engineering and Data Science teams.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Sports, or a similar fields</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">2+ years’ of relevant work experience in a customer experience position, ideally in a B2B company.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong written and verbal communications/presentation skills</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to comprehend client inquiries and convey solutions on the fly</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Understanding of sports betting and fluency in sports betting odds</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Passion and knowledge of the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA Basketball + Football</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Results driven work ethic – focused on improving processes and results</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and/or holidays</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Sports betting industry experience</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working with cross functional teams (Engineering teams a plus)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working with API-oriented products</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Salary is <span data-sheets-root="1">€29,000 - 40,000</span></strong></p>
