About the position

As a Business Expert at Apple, you will play a crucial role in connecting business professionals and entrepreneurs with the innovative tools and solutions that Apple offers. In this role, you will discover customer needs through briefings and collaborate with the Business Team to prepare and present tailored proposals. For customers with more complex requirements, you will work closely with the entire Business Team to craft the ideal solutions that meet their needs. Additionally, you will inform customers about the complete suite of sales support options available to them. By engaging customers in discussions about the possibilities of Apple technology, you will not only contribute to the success of your team but also help your customers thrive in their respective businesses.
