We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, relationship and identity challenges, and more—offering both individual and couples therapy. Our goal is to help early-career clinicians feel supported, connected, and clinically confident as they grow into licensed professionals.

What You'll Do:
• Provide individual and couples psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (notes, treatment plans, assessments)
• Attend weekly group supervision (paid!) and ongoing team consultations
• Coordinate care with psychiatry or other providers when clinically indicated
• Comply with all ethical, legal, and professional standards
• Build rapport with a diverse client base in a culturally responsive way
• Use SimplePractice (EHR) for all clinical and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling (required)
• Limited Permit eligibility in New York State (required)
• Strong interest in trauma-informed, evidence-based work
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload with support and structure
• Openness to feedback, collaboration, and reflective clinical growth
• Bilingual or multilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply (not required)
