Join us in our mission to make a positive impact on the lives of our members and their communities.\n\nDevelop and implement vendor management strategies to ensure high-quality and cost-effective healthcare solutions for members of Aetna Better Health of New Jersey.\n\nEstablish and maintain relationships with key vendors, negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon standards and metrics.\n\nOversee the selection and onboarding process for new vendors, conducting thorough evaluations and due diligence to ensure they meet Aetna’s standards for quality and cost-effectiveness.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and innovation in vendor management and participant-directed care, and develop and implement strategies to address them.\n\nMonitor and analyze vendor performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing corrective action plans as needed.\n\nEnsure that vendors are compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, and take appropriate action to address any non-compliance issues.\n\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, communicating vendor management strategies and outcomes to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.\n\nLead and mentor a team of vendor management professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.\n\nStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in vendor management and participant-directed care, and proactively identify opportunities to apply them to Aetna’s operations.\n\nCollaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure that all vendor relationships are financially sound and legally compliant.\n\nRepresent Aetna in vendor-related meetings and negotiations, advocating for the best interests of the company and its members.</p><p>Aetna is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
