The team collaborates closely with internal departments and utilizes advanced systems to ensure seamless execution of fund events, making it essential for candidates to possess a solid understanding of Retirement Plan Services. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the fund event calendar, requesting and reviewing impact scans, and coordinating with various internal teams to execute events efficiently. Regular communication with business partners is vital, as you will engage in weekly reviews of all fund event activities. As a Subject Matter Expert on SS&C's Retirement Solutions system functionality and products, you will prioritize client requests based on their impact and severity, applying strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client-reported issues. The ideal candidate will have a background in the retirement plan industry, complemented by customer service experience. Attention to detail, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn are essential traits for success in this fast-paced team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with efficient time management and organizational abilities, are critical for managing the demands of this role. Familiarity with SQL, PowerSelect, or TSO is a plus, and candidates should be prepared to work in the local office six days per month.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work-related experience or Master's degree or 4 years equivalent work-related experience.
