Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Salesforce Technical Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, user requests, and minor configuration/enhancement work on the Salesforce platform. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the Salesforce environment evolves with our growing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related issues, requests, and enhancements for the Sales Operations team
• Maintain data integrity across accounts, opportunities, contacts, and lead records
• Build and modify reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales leadership
• Assist in the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities, including minor declarative configuration (e.g., flows, validation rules, page layouts)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, IT) to improve business processes and system efficiency
• Support training and documentation for Salesforce users
• Manage basic admin tasks such as user provisioning, role/profile maintenance, and permission sets
• Participate in UAT and post-deployment support for larger enhancement or integration projects
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably in a Sales Ops or CRM Analyst role
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its core objects
• Experience with declarative tools such as Flows, Reports, and Dashboards
• Familiarity with lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales performance metrics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting enhancements or feature rollouts on Salesforce
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA)
