You’ll be at the forefront of business development, conducting strategic outreach to experienced mortgage professionals and playing a crucial role in the company’s expansion. You’ll work with a comprehensive database of industry contacts while utilizing cutting-edge CRM technology and automation systems. <h3><br></h3> <b>Responsibilities</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Conduct targeted outbound calls to experienced mortgage agents at competing brokerages to generate interest in joining our client’s growing network<br></li>
<li>Deliver client or internal presentations when the Sales Manager is unavailable.<br></li>
<li>Execute pre-sales conversations that effectively communicate value propositions and identify qualified prospects<br></li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate appointments with experienced mortgage professionals, targeting 2 high-quality appointments per day<br></li>
<li>Qualify leads through strategic questioning and pass qualified prospects to senior management for presentations and closing<br></li>
<li>Maintain accurate prospect information and activity tracking in Monday.com CRM system<br></li>
<li>Leverage automated email workflows integrated with Twilio to maintain consistent follow-up communication<br></li>
<li>Work within peak response time windows to maximize connection rates and appointment conversion<br></li>
<li>Collaborate with internal team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion metrics<br></li>
</ul>
<h3><br></h3> <b>Requirements</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience with CRM systems, with Monday.com experience highly preferred<br></li>
<li>Proficiency with professional calling platforms, particularly RingCentral<br></li>
<li>Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone<br></li>
<li>B2B sales or recruitment experience, preferably in financial services or mortgage industry<br></li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity<br></li>
<li>Understanding of mortgage industry dynamics and agent recruitment processes is a strong asset<br></li>
<li>Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to meet daily appointment targets<br></li>
<li>Professional demeanor when representing the company to industry professionals<br></li>
<li>Comfortable working with established databases and lead management systems<br></li>
