<p> </p></div><p>Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel, the Corporate Counsel will assist in leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives. In your partnership, you will have daily oversight responsibility for negotiation of contracts, management of employee relations issues, and other legal matters as assigned.</p>
<p>To thrive in this role, you must be able to partner seamlessly with the business teams of the respective agencies and be willing to work within a fast-paced environment where extensive legal knowledge, coupled with creativity and the ability to solve problems in a variety of disciplines, are the keys to success. This person will have a highly collaborative attitude and a commitment to supporting our operational teams who are creating outstanding work for the clients of these respective agencies.</p>

<p><strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 81, 0);">REQUIRED SKILLS</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Advertising, Content Production, and Employment Law. </strong>You have the proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including production, co-production, licensing, service agreements, social/influencer agreements, talent agreements, rights agreements, and vendors and other third party contracts.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-Departmental Collaboration</strong>. You will partner closely with internal business teams to provide legal guidance and counseling on a wide variety of matters such as HR, Finance, Client Consulting, and Creative.</li>
<li><strong>Risk Management</strong>. You have a strong understanding of legal risk exposure in an agency context with the ability to support employment-related claims, mitigate potential liabilities, and contrive agency-wide risk management strategies. </li>
<li><strong>Legal Drafting and Analytical Thinking</strong>. You have exceptional legal drafting, writing, and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical, actionable advice. </li>
<li><strong>Sound Judgment and Legal Discretion. </strong>You can independently manage legal tasks while consulting with Sr. Counsel, exercising strong judgement, professionalism, and discretion.</li>
<li><strong>Strategic Thinker.</strong> You’re a strategic, big-picture thinker who understands and appreciates balanced legal business and creative objectives.</li>

<p><em>The annual range for this role varies between $140,000 and $160,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience.
