They go the extra mile for their clients and accelerate their digital transformation with the Mosaic platform enabling their mobile, social, analytics, IoT, and cloud journeys.&nbsp;</p><p>Our client is a USD 3.4 billion company with 90,000+ professionals across five continents, helping global customers with innovative solutions.&nbsp;</p><p>The Group operates in the key industries that drive economic growth, enjoying a leadership position in the construction industry, financial industry, and technology.</p><p>We are currently searching for a <strong>AI Software Engineer</strong>:</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Engineer well-architected, efficient, scalable, stable, and secure web applications and backend services</strong>, with a strong emphasis on <strong>APIs and backend functionality</strong>.</li><li><strong>Develop scalable Generative AI systems</strong> usable across diverse projects and platforms.</li><li><strong>Stay updated on modern software engineering practices</strong>, applying them to real-world systems.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with an international engineering and product team</strong> to deliver cross-functional innovation.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>6+ years of experience</strong> in software development with frontend (<strong>React JS, Next JS</strong>) and backend technologies (<strong>Java, .NET</strong>), including <strong>Python</strong>.</li><li><strong>Hands-on experience with cloud platforms</strong> like <strong>Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure</strong>.</li><li><strong>Experience using version control systems such as Git</strong>, and <strong>CI/CD pipeline implementation</strong>.</li><li><strong>Knowledge of security protocols</strong> (OAuth, Entra ID, SSO, Okta) and securing applications.</li><li><strong>Proficiency in containerization</strong> with <strong>Docker and Kubernetes</strong>.</li><li><strong>Experience in various integration patterns</strong> (REST, gRPC, Web Sockets, etc.).</li><li><strong>Strong unit/integration testing practices and code review skills</strong>.</li><li><strong>Performance testing, debugging, and optimizing web services</strong>.</li><li><strong>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</strong>.</li><li>Ability to work <strong>independently and collaboratively</strong> in global teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Experience using <strong>Generative AI software engineering tools</strong> like Cursor or GitHub Copilot.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>reinforcement learning, NLP</strong>, or other <strong>advanced AI techniques</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>cloud-based AI services</strong> (e.g., Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face).</li><li>Exposure to <strong>IaC tools</strong> such as <strong>Terraform, Ansible</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>RAG ingestion</strong>, <strong>data cleansing</strong>, <strong>curation</strong>, and <strong>Slack integration</strong> in AI systems.</li></ul><p><strong>Languages</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced Oral English.</li><li>Native Spanish.</li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong></p><ul><li>Fully remote.</li></ul><p>If you meet these qualifications and are pursuing new challenges, <strong>start your application on our website</strong> to join an award-winning employer.
