As an Agentic AI Solutions Engineer, you'll play a central role in designing and scaling intelligent agents that empower enterprises and unlock measurable value. You’ll work closely with research and product teams to maintain a robust portfolio of Agentic AI Agents, develop showcase-worthy demos, and push the boundaries of what's possible in AI.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Designing, developing, and deploying Agentic AI-powered solutions tailored to client challenges</li>
<li>Developing and fine-tuning AI models, including LLMs like GPT-4 and open-source alternatives</li>
<li>Engineering optimized prompts for accuracy, consistency, and reliability</li>
<li>Prototyping advanced AI applications with Python and relevant frameworks</li>
<li>Integrating AI tools securely with enterprise systems via API development</li>
<li>Building and maintaining data pipelines for reliable model inputs</li>
<li>Managing structured and unstructured data using vector databases and semantic search</li>
<li>Scaling AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP for performance and cost-efficiency</li>
<li>Implementing DevOps/MLOps practices for seamless deployment and model lifecycle management</li>
<li>Ensuring regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA) and applying security best practices</li>
<li>Mitigating ethical risks and addressing potential AI biases</li>
<li>Collaborating across teams to drive intelligent automation and business impact</li>
<li>Documenting architectures, procedures, and project plans for transparency</li>
<li>Contributing to internal AI frameworks and sharing best practices</li>
<li>Exploring emerging trends to keep our solutions on the forefront of innovation</li>
<li>Leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Semantic Kernel for agentic excellence</li>

<p><strong>What You’ll Bring Along</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or similar</li>
<li>Preferred: Microsoft certifications in AI Engineering, Data Science, Azure Architecture, Power Platform</li>
<li>Relevant certifications or training in Machine Learning, AI development, Data Analytics, and Cloud Computing (advantageous)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Minimum 5–7 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise contexts</li>
<li>Hands-on expertise in Python, model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering</li>
<li>Solid foundation in secure, scalable API and cloud integrations</li>
<li>Success delivering high-impact AI pilots and production systems</li>
<li>Familiarity with agile project delivery and client-facing engagements</li>
<li>Deep expertise in AI, NLP, and machine learning</li>
<li>Proven track record with LLMs/SLMs such as GPT series and open-source alternatives</li>
<li>Strong background in prompt engineering and model optimization</li>
<li>Advanced Python skills for prototyping and integration</li>
<li>Bonus skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C# for broader development integration</li>
<li>Experience building APIs and connecting with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.)</li>
<li>Familiarity with full-stack development and UX considerations</li>
<li>Solid understanding of data engineering, vector databases, and semantic search</li>
<li>Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI workload deployment</li>
<li>Practical implementation of DevOps/MLOps methodologies</li>
<li>Experience using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Semantic Kernel (highly desirable)</li>
<li>Awareness of AI security, ethics, and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Business acumen to translate strategy into technical innovation</li>
<li>Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills</li>
<li>Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and project management chops</li>
<li>Passion for learning and staying ahead in the ever-evolving AI landscape</li>
<li>Excellent command of both spoken and written English</li>
