This role requires advanced proficiency in <strong>Revit</strong> (with the Fabrication add-on), <strong>Navisworks</strong>, and <strong>Autodesk Construction Cloud</strong>. You will be responsible for producing high-quality shop drawings for <strong>residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects</strong>.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a full-time, remote position based in <strong>Latin America</strong>, collaborating with project teams in the <strong>U.S. construction market</strong>.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and manage detailed BIM models using <strong>Revit with Fabrication tools</strong> (mechanical, plumbing, and ductwork).<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Convert engineering drawings into fabrication-ready <strong>shop drawings</strong>, adhering to applicable codes and standards.<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with VDC engineers, BIM managers, and project stakeholders to meet delivery deadlines.<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Participate in coordination meetings and perform real-time model updates.<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and resolve clashes, ensuring model constructability.<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Produce and review 2D plan views and 3D isometric drawings.<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage and upload project files using <strong>Autodesk Construction Cloud</strong>.<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Communicate effectively with internal teams and, as needed, directly with clients.<br></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Minimum <strong>5 years of experience</strong> as a BIM Modeler, preferably in the <strong>U.S. market</strong>.<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficient in <strong>Revit (Fabrication add-on)</strong>, <strong>Navisworks</strong>, and <strong>Autodesk Construction Cloud</strong>.<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">In-depth understanding of <strong>mechanical, plumbing, and duct systems</strong>, including relevant codes (e.g., <strong>SMACNA</strong>).<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with <strong>high-rise residential</strong>, <strong>commercial</strong>, and <strong>hospitality projects</strong>.<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background in <strong>construction</strong>, <strong>mechanical engineering</strong>, or a related field is preferred.<br></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Work Schedule</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monday to Friday<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST<br></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">(Some flexibility may be required based on project needs)<br></p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Must have proven experience working with <strong>U.S. construction projects<br></strong></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Application Requirements</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Submit a <strong>portfolio</strong> that includes:<br></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Sample <strong>2D and 3D shop drawings<br></strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">BIM models that demonstrate attention to detail and project experience</p></li></ul></li></ul>
