<p>Description:<br>Join our team as a Business Analyst. You'll support clients by identifying needs, specifying requirements, and recommending solutions.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul> <li>Participate in client meetings.</li> <li>Assist in identifying and specifying needs.</li> <li>Gather business requirements and recommend solutions.</li> <li>Maintain product vision.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver client presentations.</li> <li>Design solutions and support user training.</li> <li>Define and plan business requirements.</li> <li>Analyze and manage projects (e.g., Agile).</li> <li>Create documentation and process visualizations.</li> <li>Develop product backlogs and describe communication interfaces.</li> <li>Assess change impacts and resolve errors.</li> <li>Support acceptance testing (UAT) and model project states.</li> <li>Translate business needs for the project team.</li> <li>Build domain knowledge and adapt communication methods.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with development teams and have a working understanding of how system architecture is created.</li> <li>Effectively communicate technical concepts to developers and ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Required Skills:</p><ul> <li>Ability to work under pressure and stress.</li> <li>Creativity and proactive problem-solving.</li> <li>Analytical thinking and effective communication.</li> <li>Proficiency in digital tools and self-development.</li> </ul><p>Competencies:</p><ul> <li>English: C1/C2</li> <li>Proven experience working with developers and technical teams.</li> <li>Solid understanding of software development processes and system architecture.</li> <li>Experience in IT business analysis (3–6 months preferred).</li> <li>Familiarity with British clients and project management tools (Jira).</li> </ul>
