Join the Clean Energy Revolution as a Learning & Development Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the HR Enterprise Learning & Development group (ELD). This position is essential for driving company-wide initiatives in Leadership, Employee, System, and technical training programs. The Advisor will significantly contribute to managing training projects for new role-specific programs, emerging technology systems, and updating materials for current systems, alongside providing operational and business process support. In this role, you will collaborate closely with client training leads to ensure that the interests of SCE are represented throughout the lifecycle of projects and programs. This position requires strong facilitation skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and clear communication to guide the development and execution of impactful learning solutions across the enterprise. As an independent contributor, you will provide top-tier expertise to support the organization's learning and development objectives, overseeing critical training benchmarks that enhance human performance through various educational strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints while maintaining high levels of organization in project management, workflows, and documentation. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs aimed at leadership development, employee skill enhancement, and technical training, ensuring quality and consistency in program facilitation. Additionally, you will facilitate training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences, both virtually and in-person, while assessing training needs through various methods such as surveys and interviews. The Advisor will also oversee the operational aspects of training programs, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation, while ensuring the smooth functioning of learning management systems and maintaining up-to-date training records. You will manage the inventory of training materials, collaborate with vendors for training resources, and develop instructional design standards and best practices across the organization. Your role will be crucial in providing guidance to instructional designers and subject matter experts, ensuring adherence to learning design standards and procedures.

Requirements
• Seven years leading training, Instructional Design, and/or organizational unit-related projects or programs.

• Three or more years experience in logistics, resource and/or organizational management, preferably within a training or educational environment.

• Bachelor's degree in business, or HR Discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
