On-Camera Host Needed – Apartment Video Tours (Self-Filmed)

We’re looking for a local content creator who can confidently film themselves walking through apartment units and amenities, highlighting key features in a friendly, professional, and engaging tone. Someone with a background in real estate, leasing, or property tours would be a perfect fit!

Property Location: Austin, Texas

Deliverables:

- 5 short vertical videos total:

- 3 unit tours

- 2 amenity walk-throughs

- You’ll be on camera — personable, polished, and upbeat

- Film with your own phone (Ideally you have newer iphone. iphone 12+)

- Deliver raw footage — editing is handled on our end

Pay:

- $50 per video (5 total) = $250 total per shoot

- Quick shoot — likely 1.5 to 2 hours max on-site
