Job Description
Assurant Renters Solutions is seeking a bilingual, Licensed Insurance Specialist in Miami with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is not your typical call center role—our Insurance Specialists are empowered problem-solvers who thrive on helping customers navigate their insurance needs with confidence and care.

Key Responsibilities:
· Handle 70–100 inbound calls daily from policyholders and clients, providing expert guidance and support in both English and Spanish.
· Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims with professionalism and empathy.
· Process and issue insurance documents including policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations.
· Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies, system issues, and processing errors with accuracy and efficiency.
· Navigate multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
· Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
This is a full-time position. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We are hiring for a Mid-Closing shift!
Basic Qualifications:
· Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
· Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required).
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role within the insurance industry.
· Proven ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism.
· Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
