<p><strong>Candidate Outreach & Engagement:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in identifying and reaching out to physician candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.</li>
<li>Build initial relationships with residents, fellows, and practicing physicians to support pipeline development.</li>
<li>Maintain candidate records and track outreach efforts using recruitment platforms and systems.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Residency Program Engagement:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Help maintain partnerships with residency and fellowship programs.</li>
<li>Coordinate participation in career fairs, speaking events, and networking opportunities at training institutions.</li>
<li>Support communication with residents and fellows interested in learning more about VIP.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Event Coordination & Recruitment Support:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment events, including dinners, conferences, and on-site visits.</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-ups for recruitment events.</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing to ensure events are well-promoted and aligned with branding.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Recruitment Marketing & Branding Support:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work with the recruitment and marketing teams to post jobs and share content across digital platforms.</li>
<li>Help maintain VIP’s visibility on industry job boards, LinkedIn, and other physician-facing channels.</li>
<li>Contribute ideas for social media content and employer branding initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Administrative & Team Support:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the recruitment team with sourcing and pipeline building</li>
<li>Help recruiters with scheduling, communication, and candidate coordination.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to recruitment efforts.</li>
<li>Learn and apply best practices in physician recruitment, healthcare workforce trends, and candidate experience.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>3 years of experience in physician recruiting or physician sourcing. Experience with Ophthalmology is highly preferred!</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.</li>
<li>Familiarity with social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) iCIMS is a plus.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree preferred.<p> </p></li>
