The role involves handling data entry, reporting, order and quote management, website updates, and CRM/ERP system tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide administrative support across multiple departments and personnel.</li><li>Manage order entry, quotes, invoicing, and customer follow-up.</li><li>Input, update, and manage data within the NetSuite ERP system and other platforms.</li><li>Run, prepare, and distribute reports from ERP and industry databases.</li><li>Support the sales team with customer inquiries, quotes, and lead follow-up.</li><li>Assist customer service functions, including verifying email filtering.</li><li>Perform data entry and collection for various projects.</li><li>Assist with website updates such as product info, descriptions, and pricing (training provided).</li><li>Manage and maintain accurate data on industry platforms like AutoQuotes.</li><li>Participate regularly in video and audio web meetings.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.</li><li>Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all tasks.</li><li>Provide support for future digital and email marketing initiatives as the role evolves.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of administrative or similar professional experience (5+ years preferred).</li><li>High English proficiency (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor.</li><li>Strong technical proficiency with ERP/CRM systems; NetSuite experience preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Tech-savvy and comfortable with databases, reporting, and web-based platforms.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support multiple departments.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Trainable and adaptable to company-specific tools and processes.</li></ul><br>#LI-NC1
