The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and demonstrate exceptional skills in negotiation and business development. As a Closer, you will be responsible for managing the final stages of the sales process, ensuring that deals are successfully closed while maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements effectively.
• Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Engage in outside sales activities, including prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements for both parties.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive business growth and enhance market presence.
• Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior sales staff and sharing best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Experience
• Proven experience in technology sales or a related field is essential.
• Demonstrated success in outside sales roles with a strong track record of closing deals.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Experience in business development, showcasing an ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to assess data and make informed decisions.
• Leadership experience is preferred, with a focus on fostering teamwork and collaboration within the sales department.
Your Pay – Manager Override Model
• $150 per sale your reps close
• Paid out daily at 10PM PST via PayPal or Zelle
What You’ll Do
• Take over live calls from sales reps and close
• Lead training sessions
• Monitor call recordings and give feedback
• Use The Lead Farm CRM to track performance and activity
• Build and grow a team of motivated sales reps

You’ll have full visibility into your team’s leads and performance.
Requirements
• 2+ years closing experience
• Proven ability to take over and close calls
• Background in selling websites, SEO, or services to local businesses
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
• Leadership or team management experience strongly preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
