Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track and communicate key performance metrics to senior leadership.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Utilize data and analytics to identify and target new business opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to support sales initiatives and strategies.
Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline sales operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales goals and objectives.
Communicate sales insights and recommendations to various levels of management in a clear and concise manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales analytics and use this knowledge to continuously improve processes and strategies.
Train and mentor junior analysts on sales data analysis techniques and tools.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
