Sr. Marketing Program Manager Japanese Media Campaign (Remote West Coast)
We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager for a global B2B high tech leader. This role will manage a new Paid Media campaign in the Japan market and will require strong collaboration between the US team, in Silicon Valley, and the Japanese marketing team and agency partners. This role will be a bridge to ensure effective campaign rollout and measurement. Experience with Japanese marketing required, Japanese language skills, ideal.
This is a 6 month (extensions and conversion to FTE likely), 40 hours per week role. Remote in the US West Coast.
This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits and 401K offered.
Responsibilities
• Act as strategic content lead across digital marketing efforts, ranging from campaigns, building digital experiences and paid media planning
• Build a program plan with all requirements/timelines/teams for the effective campaign launch
• Led daily meetings with agency partners, corporate marketing teams and the Japanese marketing team
• Update schedules and highlight issues
• Provide campaign performance reporting and analysis
• Contribute to thought-leadership across digital strategy
Requirements
• 5+ years proven success with program managing Global advertising and brand cross-channel media campaigns, campaign performance KPIs and metrics.
• Experience working with Japanese marketing teams.
• Seasoned in managing timelines, delivery, dependencies, and communication across teams.
• Anticipate project needs, define scope, identify gaps, assign roles and responsibilities, develop and drive timelines and effectively communicate ideas
• Bachelors degree
