Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Attorney to join their National Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in Los Angeles. This non-partnership track role offers the flexibility to work remotely for candidates based in the greater Los Angeles area.
Candidate Profile:
• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive experience in consumer financial services litigation.
• Highly proficient in managing all phases of litigation in a team-driven atmosphere.
• Prior experience in a large law firm of comparable rank.
• Detail-oriented with a practical, client-centered approach to litigation and compliance matters.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume practice group as well as manage matters independently.
• Soft Skills: Strong research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Litigation Management: Represent consumer financial services providers in all phases of individual and class action litigation matters, including those related to mortgage servicing, credit reporting, and debt collection.
• Regulatory Counseling: Provide guidance on compliance with federal and state consumer protection statutes.
• Client Representation: Assist with investigations and enforcement actions initiated by federal and state regulatory agencies.
• Legal Drafting: Prepare pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery responses, and client correspondence.
• Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with partners and senior attorneys to support a broad client base and manage multiple ongoing matters efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive Salary: $165,000 - $195,000, commensurate with experience.
