Part-Time Accounting & Compliance Coordinator for Small Business

We’re a small but growing eCommerce company registered in Wyoming and registered to do business in Texas with a warehouse in Dallas. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time accounting/admin expert who can help manage ongoing compliance, financial coordination, and communication between our internal team, bookkeeper, and CPA.

What we are looking for:

• Ensure compliance with Texas Franchise Tax filings (standard method, COGS-based)

• File state sales tax reports (currently zero reports via Comptroller portal)

• Coordinate with our existing bookkeeper and CPA to stay on top of monthly/quarterly tasks

• Keep track of filing deadlines and state notices (like notices of forfeiture)

• Organize and oversee any additional filings or renewals (Wyoming annual reports, foreign registration, etc.)

• Assist in reviewing basic financial reports (P&L, balance sheet) to catch issues or follow up with vendors

• Possibly light bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks, Xero, etc. — let us know your strengths)

We are looking for someone that can assist with these tasks as first, but then lean into a more oversight role with more responsibilities to assist with P&L's and Balance sheets as our business becomes more complex with inventory/ AR and AP. Apply tot his job
