As a Data Entry Clerk / Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing a variety of data into our internal databases and systems. This role requires high attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and strong time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in company systems with speed and accuracy

Verify data for errors and inconsistencies; correct when necessary

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Organize files and documents digitally for efficient retrieval

Perform regular data backups to ensure information integrity

Assist with generating reports and performing basic data analysis

Communicate with internal teams to clarify data inconsistencies

Follow data entry protocols and quality standards

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred)

Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role

Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace

Experience with CRM, ERP, or database systems is a plus

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong organizational and time management skills
