👤 About the Role:
You’ll be working directly with me, helping manage everything from lead tracking to basic outreach and organization. Your job will be to keep me consistent, focused, and operating at my highest level — and in return, you’ll have a stable role with the potential to grow alongside the business.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Pulling weekly court docket leads
Scrubbing and organizing leads for follow-up
Using PropStream to skip trace contacts
Monitoring campaigns and calling back warm leads
Gathering basic seller information and tagging urgency
Following up on cold call responses
Tracking all leads in Podio or Google Sheets
Sending short daily or weekly reports to keep me on task

Can follow directions and work independently without constant oversight

💵 Compensation & Growth:
Starting pay:depending on experience
Weekly pay (Zelle, PayPal, Wise)
Performance-based bonuses for deals you help move forward
