Who We’re Looking For:

We’re currently seeking motivated individuals who are:
• Newly Licensed or Recently Exam-Passed: If you’ve recently obtained your real estate license in New Hampshire (NH), Maine (ME), Massachusetts (MA), or Vermont (VT)—or are just getting started—we want to hear from you.
• Experienced Agents Ready to Grow: Already producing but ready to scale or join a team? We offer advanced-level coaching, expansion models, and leadership tracks to help you grow beyond the transaction.
• Team-Oriented Entrepreneurs: We’re hiring both individual agents and agents who want to align with a high-performance team structure.
• Business-Minded Professionals: You bring the drive—we provide the systems, support, and strategy to help you build a sustainable business.

What You’ll Do:

Once onboarded, your role as a real estate agent with KW includes:
• Representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Managing leads through our CRM and following up with clients regularly
• Conducting property showings, open houses, and listing appointments
• Attending ongoing coaching and business development trainings
• Participating in weekly team or office meetings to sharpen your skillset
• Marketing yourself and your listings both online and in your community
• Staying current on local market trends and inventory
• Upholding Keller Williams’ values of integrity, service, and productivity

What You Bring to the Table:
• Active real estate license (or have recently passed your exam) in NH, ME, MA, or VT
• A strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to be coached, learn, and grow in a fast-paced environment
• High personal accountability and goal orientation
• The drive to build a business that aligns with your financial and lifestyle goals

Compensation & Flexibility:
• Job Types: Full-time or Part-time (you choose!)
• Compensation Range: $30,000 to $250,000+ per year (100% commission-based model)
• Schedule: Fully flexible—you set your own hours
• Work Location: Hybrid – based in Wolfeboro,NH with remote work flexibility
