A growing company in the logistics sector is seeking a hands-on, experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations—including purchasing, planning, warehousing, and inventory control. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to senior leadership, with a focus on improving performance, reducing costs, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee purchasing, inventory planning, and warehouse operations
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency
- Manage supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and lead forecasting to avoid stockouts or overstock
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth production and delivery
- Lead process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or materials management
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
- Background in logistics, manufacturing, electronics, food, etc. is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
