You’ll work closely with both brands and influencers to accelerate platform adoption and contribute to the company's vision of becoming the global leader in influencer marketing.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative and supportive team, with career growth, flexibility, and exciting exposure to global influencer campaigns.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><h3><strong>Customer Success &amp; Onboarding</strong></h3><ul> <li> Assist in customer sign-ups and ensure timely and effective onboarding. </li> <li> Interview and vet influencers applying to join the platform. </li> <li> Conduct influencer outreach through Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. </li> <li> Support brand recruitment through social media and professional platforms. </li> <li> Build onboarding profiles for both influencers and brand partners. </li> <li> Personalise and send direct messaging templates to engage prospective users. </li> </ul><h3><strong>Retention &amp; Engagement</strong></h3><ul> <li> Support customer retention with ad hoc account management. </li> <li> Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot. </li> <li> Monitor the performance of social media recruitment campaigns. </li> <li> Provide insights and reporting on campaign effectiveness for internal stakeholders. </li> </ul><p></p><h3><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></h3><ul> <li> Prior experience in influencer marketing, social media, customer engagement, or marketing. </li> <li> Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for outreach and brand interaction. </li> <li> Understanding of customer success principles or account management practices. </li> <li> Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot (advantageous). </li> <li> Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop. </li> </ul>
