Do you have experience working with property specs, technical drawings, and marketing materials?</p><p></p><p>RemoteVA is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Building Data Research &amp; Brochure Creator to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll transform a simple U.S. property address into a visually impressive, client-ready brochure—complete with location details, technical specs, and estimated energy savings.</p><p></p><p>What You’ll Do:</p><p>-Receive a property address from our sales team and independently gather all relevant public information online.</p><p>-Use tools like Google, Google Maps, and AI-powered platforms to research the building, its specifications, and location details.</p><p>-Follow a clear step-by-step process to generate accurate estimates of energy savings based on our internal criteria.</p><p>-Design and produce a clean, professional brochure that includes:</p><p>-Building specs</p><p>-Property visuals</p><p>-Energy savings summaries</p><p>-Key technical and geographic information</p><p>-Interpret blueprints, takeoffs, and technical drawings to extract essential data when available.</p><p>-Collaborate with minimal supervision, ensuring a consistent output that meets our quality standards and brand guidelines.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>What We’re Looking For:</p><p>-3+ years of experience in a relevant role: brochure design, property research, construction documentation, or similar.</p><p>-Proficiency in using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or other brochure/layout tools.</p><p>-Strong online research skills using public records, mapping tools, and property databases.</p><p>-Working knowledge of reading blueprints and construction documents (or willingness to learn).</p><p>-Eye for design, layout consistency, and detail.</p><p>-Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setup.</p><p>-A strong portfolio showcasing past work in real estate brochures, technical or marketing collateral is required.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Work Schedule:</p><p>-Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST</p><p>-Remote | Work from anywhere</p><p></p><p>Salary &amp; Perks:</p><p>-USD $700–$750/month, depending on experience</p><p>-Long-term remote opportunity with consistent workload</p><p>-Access to internal tools, templates, and structured workflows</p><p>-Join a supportive team that values autonomy, initiative, and growth</p><p></p><p>How to Apply:</p><p>Send your updated CV and a portfolio of your previous brochure or design work to:</p><p>📧 mondilla.jay03@gmail.com</p><p></p><p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next steps.</p><p></p><p></p>
