We are seeking an experienced ORMB and OCI Administrator with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) administration and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in batch configuration, WebLogic administration, and performance troubleshooting for both ORMB/OUAF environments. The candidate should be proficient in basic Oracle Database management, including writing and applying SQL queries, and have the ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
• ORMB/OUAF System Administration:

Batch Configuration & Troubleshooting: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot batch processes in the ORMB/OUAF environment, ensuring smooth execution and optimal system performance.

ORMB/OUAF Performance Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve performance issues in the ORMB and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), optimizing system performance for both backend processes and user-facing operations.

System Maintenance: Assist with the ongoing maintenance and upgrades of ORMB/OUAF systems, including applying patches and updates.
• WebLogic Administration:

Standalone and Cluster Configuration: Configure and maintain WebLogic Servers in both standalone and clustered environments, ensuring optimal performance, high availability, and failover configurations.

Troubleshooting WebLogic Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve WebLogic-specific issues, including server startup failures, connection problems, and performance bottlenecks.

WebLogic Optimization: Tune and optimize WebLogic performance for ORMB applications, addressing resource allocation and performance issues within the WebLogic server.
• OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Administration:

OCI Environment Management: Manage and optimize OCI-based infrastructure for ORMB systems, ensuring that the cloud environment is cost-effective, secure, and scalable.

Resource Allocation & Scaling: Oversee the provisioning and scaling of OCI resources (compute, storage, network), ensuring that the infrastructure supports the needs of ORMB systems.

Integration with OCI Services: Ensure seamless integration between ORMB/OUAF and other OCI services such as Oracle Autonomous Database, Object Storage, and Networking components.
• Oracle Database Management:

Basic Oracle DB Administration: Perform basic Oracle database management tasks, including creating users, granting permissions, and applying SQL queries to support the ORMB environment.

SQL Query Writing: Write and execute SQL queries to troubleshoot issues, extract data, and optimize database performance.

Database Performance Monitoring: Monitor and resolve basic Oracle DB performance issues, ensuring smooth interaction between ORMB and the database.
• Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution:

System Issue Diagnosis: Diagnose and resolve system issues across ORMB, OUAF, WebLogic, and OCI environments, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.

Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and work with the team to implement long-term solutions.

Incident Management: Provide on-call support for critical incidents related to ORMB and associated systems, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain System Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting guides.

Performance Reports: Generate and present regular performance reports for ORMB, WebLogic, and OCI environments, providing insights on optimization efforts and system health.

Skills And Qualifications

2 - 4 years of experience in ORMB administration, with a focus on batch configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

2+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration, including resource management, scaling, and integration with Oracle services.

Strong experience in WebLogic administration, including configuration and troubleshooting in both standalone and clustered environments.

Basic Oracle Database experience, with the ability to write and apply SQL queries to troubleshoot issues and support system performance.

Solid understanding of performance tuning for ORMB/OUAF, WebLogic, and OCI environments.

Experience with troubleshooting complex system issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing solutions.

Ability to work under pressure and handle on-call support responsibilities during incidents and critical issues.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document processes, and report on system health.

Preferred Qualifications

OCI certifications or other relevant Oracle certifications.
