About the position
Responsibilities
- Guide small groups and individuals in learning how to use Apple products effectively.
- Facilitate training sessions and presentations to enhance customer understanding.
- Listen to customers' needs and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Interact with store customers between scheduled sessions to provide assistance.
- Promote an inclusive environment by respecting differences and encouraging curiosity.
- Support team members by assisting with sales and other in-store services.
Requirements
- Passion for education and ability to instruct through hands-on learning.
- Experience teaching small groups and multiple customers simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with users and understand their goals.
- Self-motivated and able to adhere to a structured training schedule.
- Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.

- Comfortable with selling as well as teaching.
- Ability to recommend in-store support options like business services and the Genius Bar.
