Virtual PA Social Media Chat Support Specialist (Remote): Engage with customers across social media platforms, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Foster positive interactions by addressing concerns and offering solutions. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice. Utilize problem-solving skills to handle diverse customer needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services. Adapt to evolving social media trends and tools. Prioritize customer satisfaction while managing multiple conversations efficiently.

What you will be doing:Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length:No fixed term.

Rate:$35 per hour.

Skills/background needed:Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week:10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
