Guests have access to a variety of on-site facilities and activities, as well as the opportunity to explore over 20 nearby islands and Palawan's natural wonders aboard the resort’s luxury speedboats.</p><p></p><p>This role is instrumental in generating exclusive sales for Private Island, targeting discerning clients and businesses that value the unique luxury experiences the island offers.</p><p></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Product launches and promotional events </li> <li>Incentive travel </li> <li>Private bookings for senior executives </li> <li>Proactive, outbound sales activity </li> <li>Identifying and building a target group of the top 200 companies in Manila </li> <li>Including in the above the companies owned by the richest 50 families in the Philippines </li> <li>Identifying senior level business owners & management – i.e. director level and marketing/events level </li> <li>Making 10-15 face to face sales presentations per week </li> <li>Attending events in Manila every week – being at the places where the wealthy are to initiate contact and become known</li> </ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Must-have Skills / Qualification:</strong></p><ul> <li>Self-starter, outbound oriented, not an order taker or someone used to handling inbound enquiries </li> <li>Enigmatic, excellent communicator both verbally and in writing </li> <li>Track record of creating new business from scratch </li> <li>Slick, professional and able to socialize and hold high level meetings, dinners, discussion with very wealthy people / senior business owners </li> <li>Used to be on the social circuit, attending events every single week </li> <li>Connected to wealthy families / companies </li> <li>Used to working with CRM </li> <li>Hospitality sales experience is a benefit though not vital </li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong> Advantageous</strong></p><ul> <li>Handling high-value products/luxuries/credit card</li> <li>Someone with a good high-profile social connection</li> </ul><p></p><p>Location: Work from home and fieldwork</p><p>Employment: Full-time Employment </p><p>Client Direct Hiring</p><p>Dayshift </p><p></p>
