The Bilingual Patient Care Representative at Alius Health plays a crucial role in supporting the business by providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities
• Communicates in English and Spanish via email, text, and voice calls with patients.

• Fields telephone calls and email requests from client contacts, pharmacies, prescriber's offices, and other claim-related sources.

• Reviews and analyzes pharmacy transactions to determine appropriate actions for issue resolution.
,
• Accurately enters referrals into the company database while observing state formularies and billing practices.
,
• Documents actions and communications regarding claim activity, eligibility, billing, and drug coverage.
,
• Provides professional service to both internal and external customers using proper language and grammar skills.
,
• Completes system and user-generated tasks in accordance with company timelines.
,
• Reviews and completes projects by established due dates while prioritizing time-sensitive items.
,
• Observes practices to ensure the protection of Protected Health Information (PHI).
,
• Reviews, analyzes, and edits data related to team or individual project assignments.
Requirements
• Fluency in both English and Spanish languages.

• Established knowledge of the Worker's Compensation and/or Pharmacy Benefit industries.

• Proficiency in using Windows-based software including MS Word and Excel.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests and projects.

• Critical thinking skills to perform research and analyze data.

• Strong communication skills to interact with patients, clients, and coworkers in a professional manner.

• Strong work ethic and sense of integrity.
