About the position
L'Oréal is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our People Services function in Tampa, Florida. This role is pivotal in providing daily operational and administrative support for various retirement programs, including pension plans, 401(k) plans, and the Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (SERP). The Benefits Analyst will also manage the Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) in accordance with established plan documents and company policies. The position offers a unique opportunity to engage with employee wellbeing initiatives and events, enhancing the overall employee experience at L'Oréal. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting employees, retirees, and Human Resources Business Partners with their benefit inquiries. You will support the quarterly reconciliation of the 401(k) plan, manage loan delinquency processes, and assist with the annual retirement plan audit. Additionally, you will review and approve monthly pension benefit payments and plan both in-person and virtual retirement readiness meetings. The role also involves supporting acquisition activities related to the integration of 401(k) and pension plans, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all benefits reporting, and researching employment data questions for pension and 401(k) administrators. Furthermore, you will support the annual enrollment of new SERP entrants and the ongoing administration of the ESOP. Requirements
• Strong financial data analytics and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality of employee records.

• Possess a college degree in a related field (human resources, finance, etc.).

• 3+ years of experience in a Benefits or finance-related function with experience in retirement programs preferred.

• Comfortable with facilitating employee meetings and presenting benefits content, both virtually and in-person.

• Exhibit a professional attitude with a sense of urgency in completing tasks.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency (advanced capability) in Microsoft Office Suite of products, specifically Excel (VLOOKUPs, macros, pivot tables), PowerPoint (animations, embedding, Master slide management), Word, and Outlook.
