Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Payments Protections team in order to safeguard customer financial transactions on eBay.

Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions for fraud prevention and secure payments.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in the payments process and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Monitor industry trends and stay updated on the latest technologies and techniques in fraud prevention to continuously improve eBay's payment protection capabilities.

Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all payments protection solutions comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Work closely with the customer support team to understand customer pain points and develop solutions that enhance the overall shopping experience.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance of the Payments Protections team and the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Foster a customer-centric culture within the team and ensure all decisions and solutions are aligned with eBay's commitment to protecting its customers.

Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources in developing and implementing payments protection solutions.

Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in payments protection and foster a high-performance team culture.
