About the position

Epic International Staffing is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting, interviewing, and identifying international applicants for various healthcare positions. Your primary focus will be to facilitate the flow of selected candidates through the international recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidates and the organization. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will conduct video interviews with screened candidates who meet Epic International Staffing's recruitment criteria. You will utilize effective interview skills, including behavioral and situational questions, to identify candidates' critical success factors. Additionally, you will be responsible for modifying and updating the interview questionnaire and methodology to enhance the recruitment process. It is essential to ensure that all new international candidate requirements are complete prior to extending a contract offer. You will also follow through with the recruitment process before and after candidates accept their contract offers, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles. Responsibilities
• Conduct video interviews of screened candidates who meet Epic International Staffing's recruitment criteria.

• Identify candidate's critical success factors by utilizing interview questionnaire and effective interview skills including behavioral and situational questions.

• Modify and update interview questionnaire and interview methodology.
,
• Ensure that all new international candidate requirements are complete prior to the contract offer.
,
• Follow through with the recruitment process prior to and after the candidate accepts the contract offer.

Requirements
• At least three years of critical care experience within the Emergency Room or adult Intensive Care Unit is required.

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and a current RN License is a must.
,
• Prior recruitment experience, including working with an applicant tracking system and experience working with international healthcare workers is preferred.
