Business Analyst

<p>At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a <em>Business Analyst</em> to join our UniQue team.</p><p><strong>What will you be doing in this role?</strong></p><ul> <li>Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.</li> <li>Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.</li> <li>Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.</li> <li>Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.</li> <li>Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements and business case analysis related to the area of expertise.</li> <li>Testing of solutions.</li> <li>Creating Epics, stories and tickets via the confluence/Jira following Agile methodology.</li> <li>Reporting to project manager on progress against planning.</li> <li>Participation in coordinating and project meetings.</li> <li>Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>What do you need to succeed in this position?</strong></p><ul> <li>Master's degree in IT with minimum 9 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree and minimum of 13 years relevant experience).</li> <li>At least 5 years of specific expertise in MS Office Suite or Google Docs.</li> <li>At least 3 years of specific expertise in UML.</li> <li>Previous experience with BPMN.</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of experience with data modelling &amp; database design techniques.</li> <li>Good knowledge of application development environments.</li> <li>Proven experience in Agile methodology.</li> <li>Experience with Akoma Ntoso: simple technology-neutral electronic representations in XML format of parliamentary, legislative and judiciary documents.</li> <li>Ability to give business and technical presentations.</li> <li>Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, PM2 would be considered a plus.</li> <li>Excellent English language skills(C-level, written and spoken).</li> </ul><p></p><p>At Uni Systems, we are providing equal employment opportunities and banning any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, religion, race, color, nationality, disability, social class, political beliefs, age, marital status, sexual orientation or any other characteristics.
