Futurity First Insurance Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated sales professional to join our team as a Virtual Insurance Agent. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while providing the opportunity to grow your life, health insurance, and retirement business. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to meet the demands of a rapidly growing consumer demographic, allowing for greater earning potential and job satisfaction. The compensation structure includes uncapped commission earnings, with the potential to earn over $125,000 annually through bonuses and commissions. You will work closely with experienced Futurity First Insurance Advisors, gaining direct experience in selling Life, Annuities, and related products. Our agents benefit from access to over 80 industry-leading carriers, ensuring that you can offer the best-in-class products to your clients. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new business through various methods such as networking, marketing, and cold-calling. You will set appointments and meet with potential clients to identify their needs and provide expert insurance policy recommendations. Additionally, you will prepare and develop illustrations and case designs to close sales, while also providing excellent ongoing service and support to existing clients. The position requires a self-starter attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire for continuous learning. Responsibilities
• Prospect for new business through networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Requirements
• 1+ years in a professional sales role.

• A license to sell (L&H) Life insurance, fixed annuities, or Health-related products is required.

• AHIP certification is preferred.
,
• Medicare sales experience is a plus.
,
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is optional.
,
• A securities license is a plus (Series 7, 6, 63, 65, or 66).

• Willingness and ability to prospect and network within the community to build a client base.

• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude and willingness to be held accountable for results.

• A desire for continuous learning.

• Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency.
