The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing database architectures that support high-performance applications, data warehousing, and analytics platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.   </div><div>Job Location: Remote  </div><div>*If you accept this position, you should note that ICF does monitor employee work locations blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses and also prohibits personal VPN connections. </div><div> </div><div>What You Will Do: </div><div><ul><li>Design and develop scalable and robust data architecture solutions using Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Define and maintain data models, data flows, and database schemas across multiple platforms. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and data analysts to integrate and optimize database performance and reliability. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Perform data migrations between Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB environments. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Create and maintain documentation of data architecture, data dictionaries, and standards. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor and tune databases to ensure high availability and optimal performance. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Conduct code and design reviews for database changes and new feature implementations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend tools to improve data management and analytics. </li></ul></div></div><div><div> </div><div>What You Will Bring With You:  </div><div><ul><li>U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Candidate must be able to pass successful Public Trust background check </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems or related technology field </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>5 or more years of experience in data architect roles with data migration development with hands-on experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>5 or more years experience with prominent cloud, service-oriented, platform-based application technologies with design and system development accomplishments. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>2 or more years experience in building natural language processing solutions to support data querying capabilities. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>What We Would Like You To Bring With You:  </div><div><ul><li>Master’s degree </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Professional Skills: </div><div><ul><li>Highly effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively at all levels of the business. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Organized, detailed oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task. </li></ul></div></div>Working at ICFICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:$98,124.00 - $166,810.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
