About the position
As a Merchant for .com at Sephora, you will be responsible for driving online sales for the brands and categories you oversee. • Own brand portfolio and develop online strategy to drive sales through owned marketing channels.

Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of retail merchant/buyer level experience.

• Online merchandising or marketing experience strongly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Exemplary analysis and problem-solving skills at strategic, financial, and tactical levels.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
