Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and manage contract review to authorize work including, but not limited to, data entry, terms and conditions negotiations, contract execution, reference document procurement, order requirements communications to internal teams, record maintenance, etc.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions directly with customers ensuring compliance with delegation of authority, proposals/quotations, good business practice, and corporate policy.
• Guide customer discussions and negotiations, demonstrating strong relationship management in complex contract environments. Work closely with legal, functional counterparts, senior leadership, and internal teams to reinforce successful contract performance and resolution of compliance issues.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on contractual terms and conditions during proposal development and negotiation.
• Develop solutions to complex contracting issues requiring ingenuity and innovation. Ensure solutions are consistent with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate and manage contract changes, modifications, and REAs.
• Draft and execute unique contractual documents, e.g. Non-Disclosure, Intermediary, Teaming, Notation, MOU, etc.
• Complete representations and certifications requests and maintain SAM and other applicable registrations.
• Determine part classifications/jurisdictions, secure export licenses, and generate export documents compliant with ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
• 3+ years' experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex contracting arrangements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Contract Management, or a related field OR 7 years directly related experience in lieu of a degree
• Detailed knowledge of contract administration duties including flow downs, change management, inspection, acceptance, payment, warranty, audits, close-out, and records retention
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, resolve complex issues, develop negotiation strategies, and provide creative solutions
• Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Desired Skills:
• Experience with import/export compliance, documentation and licensing
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property law and policies preferred

Compensation Information

Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD (Annually)
