About the position

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, organized, and efficient administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings and appointments, logistics, and preparation of board meeting materials.
  • Organize the Executive's work life and provide personal administrative support.
  • Manage the CEO's schedule/calendar (Outlook), make travel arrangements, and handle telephone communications.
  • Prepare written correspondence and maintain accurate files and records, including meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate property management responsibilities, including cleaning, maintenance, scheduling occupancy, and invoicing.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
