About the position
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, organized, and efficient administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings and appointments, logistics, and preparation of board meeting materials.
- Organize the Executive's work life and provide personal administrative support.
- Manage the CEO's schedule/calendar (Outlook), make travel arrangements, and handle telephone communications.
- Prepare written correspondence and maintain accurate files and records, including meeting minutes.
- Coordinate property management responsibilities, including cleaning, maintenance, scheduling occupancy, and invoicing.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
