Lead the development and delivery of innovative CRM solutions that integrate with our flagship accounting software.
Manage a team of product managers and guide them in creating and executing product strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new products.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to drive product development.
Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and use this knowledge to drive product improvements and enhancements.
Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and objectives.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with sales and customer support teams to gather feedback and insights from customers and use this information to inform product development.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the curve.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product performance and progress towards goals.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize product processes and workflows.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the product.
Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
