<p><strong>Location:</strong> South Africa (Remote)</p><p><strong>Role: </strong>360° Recruitment Consultant (Contractor)</p><p><strong>Hours: </strong>7am-3pm SAST</p><p><strong>Rate: </strong>Negotiable based on experience (Min On Target Earnings R42,000+/month)<br><br><strong>Job Overview: </strong><br><br>We’re on the hunt for a results-driven Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a 360° role owning everything from business development to candidate placement. If you're a full-cycle recruiter with strong sales instincts, expert-level command of CRMs, ATS systems, lead generation, and a love for the hunt then this is for you. You’ll be joining a dynamic team supporting international clients (AU, UK, US) while working independently from anywhere in South Africa.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><p></p><ul> <li> Identify companies hiring and build your own client pipeline.</li> <li> Present and close recruitment service proposals.</li> <li> Create and manage compelling recruitment campaigns </li> <li> Source, screen, and manage top candidates using ATS/CRM tools</li> <ul><li>Maintain CRM records and manage follow-ups.</li></ul> <li> Lead discovery and sales calls with a consultative approach </li> <li> Manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to offer </li> <li> Hit sales targets and continuously grow your desk</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li> <strong>2</strong>+ years in recruitment (agency, offshoring, or consultative B2B sales) </li> <li> Proven success closing clients and hitting monthly targets </li> <li> Expertise with CRMs, ATS Systems, Lead Generation Platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter </li> <li> Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication </li> <li> Polished telephone manner and confidence in leading client conversations </li> <li> Strong grasp of recruitment workflows and candidate lifecycle management </li> <li> Comfortable working remotely and autonomously </li> <li> Familiarity with offshoring, EOR models, or recruitment in South Africa </li> <li> Experience supporting clients in Australia, the UK, or the US </li> <li> Ambition to move into a leadership role as the business scales</li> <li>Able to travel to Cape Town Head Office every 3 months (at own cost)</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Remote-first, flexible work environment.</li> <li>Opportunity to grow into a leadership or management role.</li> <li>Competitive base + performance-based commission.</li> <li>Access to a highly automated lead system and recruitment delivery support.</li> <li>Direct input into team structure, tools, and go-to-market strategies.<br> </li> </ul><p><strong>Salary & Structure:</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Base salary + uncapped commissions (OTE negotiable based on experience).</li> <li>Progression pathway to Sales Lead or Team Manager for top performers.</li> <li>Full-time, long-term role with career development opportunities.</li> </ul>
