<p>Our client is a well-established Australian education provider offering tutoring in Maths, English, and academic competition prep for primary and middle school students.</p><p>They are now seeking a <strong>Part-Time Admin Support </strong>to assist with parent communication, sales outreach, and backend coordination. </p><p></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Sales Support & Follow-up</strong> </p><ul> <li> Make outbound calls to prospective parents and students who have inquired about the academy’s programs. </li> <li> Explain service offerings and help guide them through the assessment and enrolment process. </li> <li> Confidently present the benefits of the company in a professional but non-pushy manner. </li> </ul><p> <strong>Parent Communication & Progress Feedback</strong> </p><ul> <li> Review reports prepared by teachers and communicate feedback constructively to parents. </li> <li> Engage in dialogue with parents, offering insights on their child’s performance and how the company can further support their learning journey. </li> <li> Maintain high levels of empathy, patience, and professionalism during conversations. </li> </ul><p> <strong>Administrative & Database Management</strong> </p><ul> <li> Assist with maintaining the student and customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. </li> <li> Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams for routine admin tasks, process improvements, and scheduling. </li> <li> Use GSuite tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and features like Mail Merge to support communication campaigns and workflow automation.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in an admin, customer service, telesales, or education support role</li> <li>Prior exposure to an education or tutoring environment is highly desirable</li> <li>Strong verbal and written English communication skills</li> <li>Excellent listening skills and the ability to handle inquiries from concerned or confused parents calmly and professionally</li> <li>Confident in making outbound calls to leads or customers</li> <li>Experience handling feedback or report-based communication</li> <li>Tech-savvy with GSuite proficiency (especially Gmail, Sheets, Docs)</li> <li>Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and tools like Mail Merge for structured communications</li> <li>Able to work independently and adapt to the tone and ethos of a premium education provider</li> <li>Patient, empathetic, and solution-focused</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Permanent work-from-home set-up</li> <li>Dayshift (Perth, Australian business hours)</li> <li>Part-time job</li> <li>HMO</li> <li>Annual leave</li> <li>Adhoc Bonus </li> </ul>
