<p>To further strengthen the sales team in Italy, we are looking for an <strong>Area Sales Manager (m/f/d)</strong> to join as soon as possible.</p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Drive sales of <strong>high-precision measurement and testing systems</strong> to customers in Italy.</li>
<li><strong>Identify new business opportunities</strong> and build long-term customer relationships – from initial contact to deal closure.</li>
<li><strong>Manage the entire sales process independently</strong>, from prospecting to contract negotiation and successful completion.</li>
<li><strong>Analyse market potential</strong> and implement targeted sales strategies to expand business opportunities.</li>
<li>Provide <strong>professional leadership and guidance</strong> to Sales Engineers, ensuring successful market development.</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strong background in electrical engineering</strong> or a related field, ideally with additional qualifications (e.g., Master Craftsman, Technician, or Bachelor’s degree).</li>
<li><strong>3–5 years of experience</strong> in a technical or sales-related position, ideally in an international setting.</li>
<li>Proficiency in <strong>customer consulting, proposal preparation, and CRM systems</strong>, along with MS Office skills.</li>
<li><strong>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</strong>, combined with a strong customer focus and service mindset.</li>
<li><strong>Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve success</strong> in a dynamic sales environment.</li>
<li><strong>Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level);</strong> German is a plus but not required.</li>
<li><strong>Willingness to travel</strong> within Italy.</li>
