Cyber PBL Program Mentee - Fall 2025Job Category: Intern/Co-opTime Type: Part timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: NoneEmployee Type: Part-Time On-CallPercentage of Travel Required: NoneType of Travel: None* * * The Opportunity:Embark on an exciting journey with into the world of cybersecurity with our immersive program designed specifically for students!<ul><li>You’ll dive into real-world cybersecurity scenarios and projects, gaining hands-on experience that will set you apart</li><li>Receive invaluable mentorship from industry experts who are passionate about guiding the next generation of cybersecurity professionals</li><li>Enhance your soft skills through collaborative projects and interactions with peers, faculty, and our esteemed Friends of CCI partners</li><li>Network with like-minded individuals, building connections that could lead to future opportunities</li><li>Choose to participate for one semester or commit to the entire academic year for a more in-depth experience</li></ul> Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver 2–3 high-quality CTF challenges per intern</li><li>Host your write-ups and deployment files on GitLab</li><li>Adhere to flag standardization and peer-tested validation</li></ul> Qualifications: Required: <ul><li>Must be enrolled in cyber or cyber-adjacent courses and demonstrate an interest in cybersecurity (e.g., does Hack the Box or other online CTF-style activities, has a home lab, cyber club, etc.)</li><li>U.S. citizenship</li><li>Availability to start working on a cybersecurity project starting in September 2025</li><li>Commitment to working on the program for a max of eight hours per week from September-December 2025</li><li>Attendance at monthly meetings on the 2nd Friday of the month with CACI (meetings will be scheduled in advance and may be in person at the CACI HQ, located in Reston, VA, or via virtual meeting)</li><li>Preparation to schedule another 1-2 hours a week for group work, the timing of which will be determined through a student poll</li></ul>-________________________________________________________________________________________What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
