This role will be responsible for identifying operational gaps, analyzing workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective, sustainable solutions. Ideally the candidate will have a project management certification.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Core Role Duties:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work primarily in GMT/CST hours with flexibility to work in global timezones.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with cross functional teams across departments to assess current business processes and identify inefficiencies, risks, or bottlenecks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate cross-functionally on initiatives to close process gaps, from discovery through implementation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable project plans.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, timelines, and success metrics for each initiative.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate and manage process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with broader business objectives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to share findings, gather input, and drive consensus.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track progress, prepare and report on outcomes, and ensure continuous feedback loops with involved teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and systems.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Essential Skills & Certifications: </strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or process improvement roles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">PMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA or equivalent</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent English - Superior communication and facilitation skills—able to translate complex ideas into clear actions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, ClickUp, Jira, or other project management and process mapping software.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in applying the knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Scrum, Six Sigma) is expected.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em><strong>Scam Warning:</strong><br>Please be aware that the billups Global Talent Acquisition team will only contact you directly from an official <strong>@</strong></em><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://billups.com"><em><strong>billups.com</strong></em></a><em> email address.
