The primary program components are the enterprise-wide business impact analysis (BIA), the business continuity planning process, conducting BC and emergency response exercises, and supporting program reporting to senior leadership. The position supports business impact analysis; training on business continuity to business units; and supports risk assessments as required. Supports the areas of the organization responsible for business continuity planning and the processes that ensure that various organizational departments and the enterprise as a whole are prepared to respond and recover from an extended business disruption.
